million, which is what the property tax increase is based upon" From page 79 of the Red Plan presentation to the State of Minnesota. The total cost if the plan is listed as $437 million considerably larger than $125 million. LIE Johnson Controls will only receive 2% of the Red Plan's costs as compensation. They will get a heck of a lot more than this. (This is a careful examination of the JCI contract which agrees with the experts of Let Duluth Vote. Johnson control will earn a lot more)
