Plan B

Sorry, Johnson Controls very smart lawyers will be reading this too. We don't need to give them a head start in trying to thwart the will of Duluth's voters. We'll keep the details of our plan B to ourselves for now in hopes that the School Board will come to its senses and heed that will. In that case plan B won't be necessary.
