This is the truth about the cost of the Red Plan. This is Page 79 from the Duluth School District's presentation for
the review and comment as it was sent into the Minnesota Department of Education.

In the bottom right cell is the figure $437 million. This is the total cost of the Red Plan. According to the School District it 
has since been reduced to $407 million as a result of "interest reductions."
